Lounge

The large lounge is furnished with two comfortable modern settees and a large
dining table to seat four. A high chair is also provided.
For your relaxation there is a Widescreen TV, Satellite receiver, DVD player and a selection of films.

Bedrooms

The well furnished upstairs bedrooms consist of one twin and one double room.
The rooms have en-suite facilities which include a shower, hand basin and toilet.
They are equipped with shaver lights, fan assisted heaters, and heated towel
rails.
The bedrooms are furnished with portable flatscreen TV's satellite receivers and hairdryers.
All bedding pillows and towels are provided at no extra charge. A travel cot is also available.

Kitchen

The galley kitchen is extremely well equipped and
has a very practical modern layout. There is a modern
large oven with ceramic hob, cooker hood, microwave,
built in dishwasher, fridge and double inset ceramic sink.
Ample crockery and cutlery are provided.

A separate utility room with matching kitchen units accommodates the washing machine,tumble dryer,
and freezer.

Outside

The patio area accommodates the garden furniture and is
an ideal place to have your BBQ.
A terraced lawn adjoins the patio and provides an ideal secure area for your
toddlers or a spot for catching some rays.

There is ample space for private parking and two spaces are reserved for
cottage use only.

Bookings are direct with us. There are no third party additional booking fee's
or added agency commission's.

We regret that due to insurance constraints no pets or smoking are permitted
in the apartment.
