Terms and conditions
The property
You can arrive at the apartment after 2pm on the start date of your holiday. If you are delayed and do not expect to arrive before 8pm we ask that you advise us. We ask that you vacate the property by 10am on your day of departure. No security deposit is required but we ask that you are responsible for any breakage's or damage caused to the property. We ask that you keep the property clean and tidy and report any faults. We regret that due to insurance constraints, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited within the property.
Your booking
All offers and bookings are subject to availability. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking. We have the right to refuse any booking prior to the issue of your confirmation. Please contact us immediately if the details are not correct on your confirmation of booking.
Paying for your holiday
When you have sent us your booking form you should forward a cheque or postal order for £50.00 made payable to Mrs S.Rundle. We will send you confirmation of your booking as soon as reasonably possible showing your booking details and the balance of your holiday cost, which should be, received no later than 8 weeks before your arrival. For bookings less than 2 weeks before your arrival date the booking must be paid in full.
Cancellation
If you wish/have
to cancel your holiday for a genuine reason, we will endeavour to make a full
refund less a £25 administration fee. To qualify for a refund one of the following
must apply to a member of your party. Death, redundancy (provided employment
has been on a continuous basis with the same employer for at least two years);
jury or witness service in a court of law, illness or death of a close relative,
your home is rendered uninhabitable due to fire flood or subsidence. We recommend
that you take out holiday insurance.
Where the reason for cancellation does not qualify from above the following
refunds will be applicable.

Liability
We accept no liability for loss of personal processions, death or personal injury unless; this results from negligence on our behalf.
Complaints
Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint we are anxious that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. It is therefore essential that you advise us immediately of any problem so that we can take steps to resolve it.
Your rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these conditions.
